How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Aquila platform, including document analysis, report generation, and compliance verification. We do not use your uploaded documents or financial data to train AI models. Your client data is processed solely to deliver the services you request.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use role-based access controls, row-level security, and full audit logging to protect your information. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or uploaded documents with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information and uploaded documents, subject to any legal retention requirements.
